We're here to make getting your visas easy.
As a Vodka Train customer you need something a bit more specialised than a tourist skipping across a border. So we set up The Visa Machine so you get exactly what you need.

Letters of invitation (LOIs) are documents issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an agency, company or national of that particular country inviting you to visit the country for a period of time.
Some countries have more relaxed rules about the LOIs than others. For instance, Turkmenistan LOIs must be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) while the ones for China can be written by a travel agency or even your friend if they live in China.
In the cases where it’s the MFA issuing the LOI, the application process may take weeks, so it’s recommended to check the requirements well in advance of your trip.
